Staying here was such a pleasant experience! the staff is super friendly and always ready to assist with a smile, making you feel right at home. the location is perfect as it's close to everything you need, like grocery stores and parks. the housekeeping is top-notch, with clean rooms and fresh towels daily. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to start your day right. You can relax by the poolside with a drink or enjoy a nice massage at the spa. the outdoor spaces are lovely, and the rooftop pool provides a great view to unwind.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness in the rooms. the dust on the center table and the carpets needing a change were a bit off-putting.

The room was nice, like a UK hotel room, so not fancy but decent for the price. The cleaning was done daily or every other day, and the staff were great, always willing to go above and beyond. The central location was convenient, and the staff's professionalism was exceptional. I found the relaxation facilities like the spa and wellness center, rooftop pool, and sun terrace truly enhanced our enjoyment. Exploring landmarks such as the Private Beach and Snow Penguins at Ski Dubai was a great bonding experience with my son.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was delighted to find that the fully equipped kitchen in the room allowed me to cook up a storm just like a master chef, creating delightful meals with the ease of a professional.

While the hotel's location, rooms, and value were satisfactory, the unfriendly and unhelpful attitude of the reception staff, including the duty manager, detracted from an otherwise decent stay. Improvement in staff behavior and responsiveness is needed for a more pleasant experience at this property.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for us as young travelers. It's just a short walk away from the metro, which makes exploring the city super convenient. Plus, being surrounded by so many restaurants and a supermarket is a huge plus for us. We also love that there's a small coffee shop and a nice terrace where we can work from while enjoying our favorite drinks. The room itself was really nice and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly the room service and housekeeping staff. the front desk staff provided quick and easy check-in and check-out. the reception also allowed me to charge my power bank when I forgot my charger.

Parking was a hassle with limited spaces and no reservations available. Security was not initially accommodating, questioning my status as a guest before allowing me to park.

The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with well-maintained elevators and clear signage, making it effortless for me to navigate the premises with ease.

I would have liked to see more thoughtful assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests, such as offering more assistance with luggage without making it seem like a burden for the children of the staff.

We had a decent stay with a convenient location near the metro. The rooms were comfortable with good facilities and a nice view from some. The breakfast served was satisfying with a variety of options to choose from.

The staff is extremely friendly, approachable, and always welcomes you with a smile. They provide excellent room service, car hire, and shuttle service to the airport. Moreover, the rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TV. The rooftop pool and spa centre here are a hit! The heated swimming pool and massage services make it easy to unwind while enjoying the beautiful view from the sun terrace.

The live music in the Clavichord bar was amazing! We had a great time singing along and enjoying the cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive. would recommend this hotel.

I always return to the hotel. The first time, the staff kindly returned my forgotten shower bag. It suits me perfectly - Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception/security, rooftop pool, fitness studio, massage. I'm coming back this weekend.

We had an amazing stay at Signature 1 Hotel Tecom. the bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, with nice sheets. the cleaning staff were attentive and the hotel provided international TV channels, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was convenient, with the metro not far away by foot. the restaurant and bar were excellent, with a relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff. the bar manager even remembered my drink preference and had it ready for me as soon as I arrived. the concierge, Alfie, went above and beyond to organize a last-minute Desert Safari for us. the hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning.

Although the kids section near the lobby seemed to be used for storage, the reception extended my late checkout request until 1:30. The check-in process was fast, and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaners were discreet and did a perfect job. The hotel had a nice gym and a decent pool for relaxation. It was also conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the metro station. a nice, clean, and good-sized room, with delicious Lebanese food for breakfast. The staff could improve their hospitality by being more welcoming and smiling.

The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with private meeting rooms for confidential discussions and presentations.

the hotel is located within walking distance of the nearest subway station. it's also close to supermarkets and coffee shops. we enjoyed the Clavichord lounge for music & drinks. the room was a good size and comfortable.

Loved how the staff at the front-desk gave a warm welcome, especially Mr Yunus. The location is super convenient, close to everything and the rates are very reasonable. Had a fantastic stay, the staff, including Ms. Deepa from housekeeping, were friendly and professional, ensuring I was comfortable. Spa and outdoor pool were top-notch for relaxation, but noticed some areas in my room missed during cleaning, not a big deal though. a great experience, definitely recommending to others! 🌟

I had a fantastic stay at this charming inn! The staff was super-friendly and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious, with the special French Toast and homemade strawberry sauce being a must-try. The inn itself was clean, well taken care of, and had a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The location was great, off the beaten path and away from the busy downtown area, but still within easy reach of Cliff Walk, dining options, and the free tourist trolley route.

The hotel's exclusive facilities added a touch of luxury to my stay, particularly the best Spa in Marina. The Spa features an outdoor swimming pool and a Health Club that offered a variety of beauty and health treatments. I also made good use of the fitness center and enjoyed the sauna room, which provided a relaxing hot-air or steam bath session, contributing to my physical and mental well-being.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was always kept clean by the discreet and efficient cleaners. His professionalism was greatly appreciated.
